Hi, I am Natasha, An Accredited Practising Dietitian & Health Coach. I am also a mother of 3. I hold a Masters degree in Nutrition, Dietetics and Exercise Rehabilitation. I specialise in low carb, real food nutrition for adults and kids.
I am so happy you are here to learn how to Live Low Carb. I have helped hundreds of men, women and children learn how to eat low carb, real food that is nutrient dense and tasty.
Why do I love low carb? For years I gave people 'standard' low fat, portion controlled, calorie restricted advice.........and it never worked long term. Because when you ignore hormones and the complex metabolics behind weight loss and health, you completely work against what the body needs. See more about low carb nutrition here.
So I relearnt everything. I adopted a low carb, high fat approach myself and then starting trying it out on my clients. I have never looked back. My clients are now successful, satisfied and genuinely love what they are eating. Live Low Carb is a collection of recipes that our families and my clients love.
Hi, I am Bec, a Mum and business owner from the South Coast of NSW. Between running my online kid’s accessory store and looking after my son, I have always been a passionate foodie with an avid dream to write a cookbook.
I love continually learning about the best foods for me and my family, how to add variety to our diets and, most of all, how to make each and every meal delicious and nutritious.
My goal is to create recipes for everyday life and everyday families that will encourage you to consume fresh, clean, nutrient-dense foods that are free of heavy processing and artificial ingredients, but full of healthy fats, proteins and vitamins.
